The discover phase focuses on learning about the target group, summarizing the client and the stakeholders' perspective of the project and understandig the assignment



During the define phase, the requirements are developed and specified in a metrics catalogue. Decisions also begin to be made. We sort through the requirements and initial ideas to create structure and focus. To do this we need an explicit goal, which is defined for the design team in a creative brief.



After the detailed design documentation has been approved comes the deliver phase. A style guide is created to document the visual design rules. User experience guidelines are used to regulate the interactive principles. All content and design materials are created simultaneously. The design team supports the technical implementation of the project with quality assurance metrics and asset production. After the launch, the project should be carefully documented as a case study that is circulated both internaly and externally.



Generate and evaluate ideas, how to structure content and how to define the look and feel and the design vacabulary (including information about prototyping and testing the design)



At the end of the process, the design is implemented and if applicable, rolled out in different markets. The mediation of the design idea and the training of employees and service provides play an important role here, as the distribute chapter demonstrates.
